The ball sieving machine was designed and manufactured for the classification of used balls removed from the mill during the charging of the existing mills. The size of the new and old ball will be charged to the mill which is being maintained. This mill has reduced maintenance time to a minimum. The grinding process with ball mills is dependent on the grinding effect of consumable materials called grinding media, in particular balls with high Cr content. Accurate ball diameters and ball composition distribution are the most important criteria for the efficiency of this process. Therefore, the user must ensure that the ball charge is correct.
