Cyclones

In all pneumatic systems, cyclones are called conical constructions that separate air and dust from each other by means of centrifugal movement. When the air coming to the cyclones with a certain air flow rate enters the powder-granule mixture into this construction called cyclone, it slows down due to the growth of the section and makes vortex movement. In other words, when the mixture of air and goods increases to a larger volume from rapid movement by more than one phase change, the powder or granular material falls down due to gravity and centrifuge. The air emerges atmasfore. In short, cyclones work in this way. The entry to the cyclones can be square, rectangular, round. This depends on the state of the desired process.
