Double Shaft Mixer Provides the attaining of an homogeneous structure of the soil by wetting soil. An adjustable water supply is mixed with clays of different nature to obtain a homogeneous mixture. In this way high quality products are obtained with the perfectly plastified clay that provides smooth operation to the extruder. The double shaft mixer, as the name implies, consists of two mixing shafts with paddles driven through a powerful gearbox. The roller bearings are oversized. The airflex multi disc clutch provides easy usage and maintenance The equipment is a rigid construction with a long service life.The Body is completely made of steel structure and the hoes are made of wear resistant steel casting. The gear box and the body of mixer are placed on a single chassis and the drive system is equipped with a clutch. Clutch system is working with air (pneumatic).
